Following their last match before the winter break, the Meja Blue ‘99 Boys will begin a 6 week off season training regimen designed to target speed, agility and strength development. The program will target specific areas with individual players in order to maximize individual performance. There is a mood of excitement among the boys as they look to improve total athleticism. The program will include introductory plyometrics, light resistance training, and targeted work on explosive acceleration, strength and quickness.
